Hungry Man Kitchen Beyti Kebab
Hungry Man Kitchen Beyti Kebab
Beyti is a Turkish dish consisting of ground lamb (sometimes beef), grilled on flat skewers and served wrapped in lavash and topped with tomato sauce and yogurt. The lamb is traditionally chopped by hand with large kebab knives, with enough fat in so that while grilling the fat drips onto the slow-burning coals, sending fragrant smoke back up toward the kebabs. The result is a crispy, crumbly lattice of meat.
