The Kebab Club - Lamb Shish Marinade

This Lamb Shish Marinade is rich and aromatic with authentic Turkish flavours. It is richer than our Chicken Shish Marinade and made with spices and herbs such as Rosemary & Cumin to complement red meat.
Add 1 tsp of this marinade on approx 150g lamb and massage in; cook it on the BBQ, grill, or oven bake! Each jar contains approx eight servings.
Try out alternative recipes by adding the marinade to a lamb shoulder or leg of lamb for an alternative to a normal Sunday roast.
In our opinion, this Lamb Marinade pairs great with our Hot Turkish Chilli Sauce!

Serving Guide:

Stir well before use .Add 1 tsp per 150g diced or raw lamb and massage in untill evenly coated.Pan fry BBQ Stir fry or oven bake with no additional oil.Serve in a pitta bread with salad and our Turkish Chilli or Garlic sauce.
